"Pathetic & Terrible Place to Stay. Not suitable for even a single person. You will have a feel of living in hell every single second. Property Management very poor, disrespectful, unprofessional behaviour. No TV working, AC out of order, No body wash, No hand wash, No dental Kit, No clean or disposable slippers, Cheap unbranded mineral water, nasty bedding, Poor room service, poor cleanliness, very unhygienic and disgusting rooms. Words can’t explain I am attaching some pictures for your reference to view the hell property. I don’t understand how the platforms like hotels.com allows such property listing on there webpage. Shame ! Not using hotels.com ever again after this. I request for refund multiple times but nothing happened."

"Hotel is terribly dirty. Got to my room to find out a nasty toilet. Pictures were probably taken years ago, but it does not represent real condition of hotel. If possible, avoid it."

"The check-in was slow i was made to sit for long and guest coming after me were attended to by loveen at reception. Having seen this in had to be assertive ask her to attend to me on priority. After which she was trying to give me twin bedroom although I had specified during booking for a king size bed. I insisted on the same & finally she gave in to provide a non-smoking king size bed room. I found the food to be fairly satisfactory in taste, portion size & aesthetics. Although the way it was brought to the room partially covered or improperly covered raised my concern on its hygiene. The rooms is comfortable & decent size. Housekeeping service are good. Have stayed here earlier so the room tariff provided by bookings.com is vfm."
