"Nice place but strictly by the book, had a flight at 6:30pm and they wouldn’t give me a late check out after staying for a week and wanted to charge me for an extra night to just stay for an extra couple of hours even though resort wasn’t close to full and didn’t need my room. "

"The wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Marquis Los Cabos resort! The highlight was the view from our ocean front balcony! We loved watching the whales play in the sea off the coast. The food was also wonderful, but the standouts were the Breads (sweet), anything Seafood, and the Pana Cotta dessert at Pergola! My wife was vegetarian and they went out of their way to make sure she had a great meal every time, even at Dos Mares, the Seafood Restaurant! She was never disappointed. If you are there on Tuesdays/Fridays, the Dos Mares Bacalao dinner was great! I think it was our favorite meal. The vibe is very relaxed and all the staff work really hard to make your stay as wonderful as possible! When we arrived, they offered to upgrade our standard ocean front with a garden view casita...however, we came for the ocean view and whales, so we asked to be put back into an ocean front view and they were very accommodating! If it wasn't whale season, we would have taken the casita in a heart beat! Living room, private balcony with private pool...but, the whales are what made the ocean front balcony worth 10 casitas! :) Room was clean and quiet! I loved being able to sleep with the sliding door cracked open so that you could hear the ocean crash against the beach. The showers were hot and the pressure was great! The wife loved the jetted tub. Room service came by 2x a day and they left little mexican candies on the bed during turndown. We cant wait to come back!"

"Hyatt does a great job of recruiting and training friendly and fun staff. In particular, we found the waiters and hostesses, recreation staff and housekeeping to always offer a smile, warmth, and pride in service. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food. Other reviews had wanted about noise from the renovation/construction but we didn’t hear any during our stay. The outdoor areas are lively with music and activities and all ages. If you want quiet, you are best heading to the beach which was lovely to walk along. We are considering returning with our parents for a three generation family trip. The whole set-up seems good for large groups. There appeared to be a lot of birthday and wedding celebrations as well as family reunions. "

"The staff were excellent, the beach amazing…they go out of their way to make their customers happy…Gio at the front desk is especially helpful and upgraded us to an oceanfront room to accommodate my sister who has mobility issues…will definitely stay here again (8th time for me), always stay at the end of my Month long trip to Baja Mexico :)"

"We loved staying at the Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco. The staff was very friendly. It was right on the beach and close to walk along the beach and easy to get transportation to downtown and the marina. The food was really good too. "
