"Incredibly beautiful hotel with high quality services, food and drink, and interior design. Sauna and spa are spacious and inviting. Walls in the rooms are a bit thin, so it’s a little too easy to hear the many ski vacationers’ conversations and music on the balcony next door, but other than that I highly recommend this place. Not even that expensive for everything you get. "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Kaprun. 5 minute walk downhill to the town centre. Good skiing and apres ski. Enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel. Definitely recommend it and we’ll stay again. "

"Pros: This hotel is in a castle and is simply gorgeous! The staff, Annette and Max, were gregarious and helpful. (We loved this place. It was our favorite during our Austrian excursion.) Cons: It's about a ten minute drive to town or a 35-minute walk. "
