"The location was good. Although the hotel later apologized, the bed sheets weren’t clean-hair in between the sheets and stains on the actual mattress (that weren’t even covered by the sheets). Unfortunately a towel also had blood stains on it... I was disappointed when first arriving because security officer was the first interaction before the actual hotel staff and there was a huge time-consuming, communication barrier. "Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It was located very centrally to the city center and was a convenient walk to many places. However, the one complaint I have is that the check in process could use some improvement. I didn’t get my check in info/code until 2 pm the day of our arrival after requesting it multiple times. It was also sent via a WhatsApp message, not via my email. The hot water also stopped working the morning of our check out day. These were not major deficiencies....
