I was sent the key code for ALL of the key safes and told to just help myself. "I went with a disabled young gentleman we stopped over for one night. The accommodation and parking were excellent right in the middle of Liverpool the apartment was clean but a little outdated. We asked for a first floor apartment but on arrival we were on the 5 floor which we managed but made it difficult for the young gentleman I was supporting over all communication a little poor. We will be going again but next time I’ll double check availability before booking. "

Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner.
