"A lovely place! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a tasteful decor and pleasant ambience. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Close to the station and just a short walk from the town centre, the location could hardly be better. Highly recommended on all points!"

Had dinner and breakfast here and food was great. Staff is super nice. Very close to cathedral, shops, restaurants and river walk. Honestly can't fault it at all. Would recommend. "

"Hotel is in need of modernisation very old and tatty furniture, hair in bath plug from previous guest, no soap, shower gel in bathroom you have to pay if you want it and at £134 a night i expect at least soap to wash your hands. Just a shame as it’s a perfect location but the hotel needs some renovations. "
