The only thing that slightly tarnishes the shine ,is the amount of construction material that seems to have been dumped around the grounds. As you drive into the property there are piles of aggregate and concrete blocks ,which are the 1st thing you see. During a walk around the grounds there are also other areas where it seems equipment and materials have been left. This didn't effect our enjoyment of this...

I had room 2, in a purpose built outbuilding and I was really pleased with the first impression.
