Decent property with very warm and friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Dog friendly. A bit noisy in rooms at the front of the property due to the proximity of the road.

Comfortable but could be better
Easy access and very comfortable bed. Bedroom walls and ceiling adorned with cobwebs which had certainly had a home for a while. I don't have huge expectations at a low price as running a business is tough. A feather duster over the walls costs nothing. Replacing a rusty bin costs little. Unfortunately thin walls meant I was kept awake by next-door neighbours and they weren't having fun. Convenient location and comfortable bed made it ok. A little effort could make this place so much better.

Comfortable but a little tired
Owner was lovely, helpful and friendly. Shower room modern & clean with lovely towels. Bedding beautifully clean and white. Room a little tired but damp/ stain marks on wall which was disappointing. Dog friendly which is fabulous. Tea/coffee facilities. Great tv on wall.

Amazing stay, the best breakfast I have had in a long time! Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay. We will defiantly be back to stay again if we return to Scotland.
