It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay though we could have easily had a lot more time there. "The olde windmill inn is a great place to stay. The beer garden is lovely with mature tree's and a feel of tranquility. The pub is a lovely old building with lots of character and little nooks to sit in. The food is nice with traditional dishes on the menu and they offer a great cooked breakfast. The staff are so helpful and freindly and really made us feel welcome. The room was really nice , spacious with everything thing you need. We will be staying here again!"

The place is lovely with nice rooms and a great lounge, bar and restaurant, but it was the staff who made this special. "As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it.
