"We have stayed at this hotel several times for basketball tournaments with other teammates/families. The staff is very friendly and patient with the amount of rowdy boys that show up. The accommodations are nice but wish the rooms were a bit roomier. My family enjoyed the pool and breakfast."

"Homeless tents on sidewalk across street. Feces on sidewalk. Realize it's not hotel's fault, but...ick... No room cleaning on 2nd day of 3 day stay. Weren't told this would occur at check-in. This is a first in ANY hotel I have ever stayed in...including motels...and I am 67 years old. Housekeepers couldn't speak or understand English. Had to call 3 times for xtra hangers. Front desk staff had to bring xtra towels on Day 2. Perhaps you are having financial problems, but that seems...
