"My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The day before I left the hotel, I paid at the reception for my stay at the hotel in cash and even asked the clerk not to charge an additional payment through the credit card that was given only for security purposes. Of course, the clerk approved it, but to my disappointment, today I see on my credit card charges a charge of over 350 euros for my stay at the hotel. I would like to cancel the charge immediately. Thank you."
