"The staff was friendly, however a little overworked. They had to cover multiple areas while bartending. The ice machines were down, and the night we arrived there was no food. The restaurant has been closed, so there's still food, but only frozen. We enjoyed the gaming (video poker, pool tables, skee ball...) and that it wasn't ever too busy. Will return again!"

"We enjoy staying at the Downtown Grand. We have stayed here before and find that it is perfect for a quick stay off the strip in LV. It is smaller than most casino which is nice as you don’t have to tromp through it and be exhausted by the time you get to your room. The pool is great and they have the hotdog and drink specials, which you can’t beat! Parking is free if you’re a guest. The room are basic but clean and you have everything you need. Will go again!"

"Property was beautiful and very clean. Only problem we had was you can't buy a coffee or tea in the morning. Later discovered that if you cross the bridge to the California hotel, there's a coffee shop there. Got players card but then told had to get pin on at cashiers, so off I went there, however he said he was by himself so couldn't do so had to go to the California hotel players desk, however she said it should have been done at cashiers in main street, at this point I gave up"
