One lady in particular (I regret not catching her name) even took care of my bill one morning—a gesture that meant so much. Housekeeping was equally amazing. They kept my room immaculate and even left a care package in my room, which was such a thoughtful and much-needed surprise. It showed that they truly cared, not just about my stay but also about what I was going through. The hotel itself was safe, clean, and top-notch. The location felt secure, and the rooms were well-maintained, providing the perfect space to rest during such a difficult time. While the standard rating is five stars, I’d give them TEN for the way they went above and beyond.
