"Lovely grand hotel, nice communal areas and a good bar inside. Rooms were good and nice clean bathroom. Only negative was the bed which was rock hard and extremely small (stayed in a standard double room)"

Market town, limited shops and services in attractive but dull town centre. Pleasing river and walks and easy access to the Dales and Moors. On the whole, very very poor pubs one or two being aggressive on the wrong night!. Excellent chippy.

Having stayed at the now MERCURE,formerly RAMADA JARVIS numerous times over the last 30 years it is clearly time for some radical decisions about the future of this hotel which is of such importance to the market town of Wetherby.
