"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. "Fabulous location, 5 mins from main shopping street & 2 mins to lots of bars, shops & restaurants. Easy to find. Lovely relaxing spa, but surcharge maybe pricey for 1 hour when only sauna & light jet pool. Very smelly drain in apt shower so close your bathroom door. Beds are hard but comfy, pillows really bad, 1 rock hard 1 too soft. And key pad was tricky, needed at least 4 tries before entry to apartment. All in all, still highly recommended as very tasteful design & for convenience."

"The Limehouse property was a perfect stay. The apartment was ideally located, clean, safe, well appointed and comfortable. The middle of Malaga old town was about a 10min walk. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it!"

"In the middle of all the action. walking distance (a minute) from restaurants, shops and taxi stands. the beach, cruise port and Picasso museum are a short walk away. the apt was beautiful with full balcony overlooking the street shops ( i really enjoy but bring ear plugs bc its party goers are heard all night). "The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need . Both bedrooms are very comfortable as well as beds and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very comfortable as well. I had to talk to the front desk on two occasions and on both the clerks was gracious, courteous and prompt. Excellent accommodations. Strongly recommend!"

"Well kept apartment building with reception and security guard at night. Walking distance to everything. Very charming stay. The microwave is too modern and a bit complicated to operate. They only have traditional coffee maker not pod machine. They should consider supplying wine glasses as only cava glasses were provided. All reception staff were friendly and always available to help. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It was very conveniently located very close to Seville Cathedral. Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating. We also tried their Orange Menu at the hotel restaurant and found very delicious. It was only €29 for four course meal. We will stay at Hotel Fernando III again. This hotel is highly recommended. Our stay was perfect!"

"E very thing was great - loved we were able to church in early and got the same room we had before! Super spacious. Only complain was not to trust the vending machines - there is no recourse if does not dispense- ate my money!! And hotel couldn’t do anything about it. "
