"The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice."

"My sheets on the bed looked like they had and per staff it’s due to the feathers. The shower sprayed everywhere. The room and queen beds looked very small"

"Great location, the happy hour drinks and snacks are wonderful. It would have been nice to have a restaurant/bar that was open for lunch and mid afternoon. Had a problem with getting our rooms cleaned in a timely manner, we left at 9 and at 4 they were still not cleaned. They said because the hotel was full and staffing. That is not my problem I expect it refreshed or cleaned everyday"
