"Thought it was in a great location walkable distance to pretty much everything midtown. Staff were friendly. Room was clean except the comforter which has blood stains and the towel that was given was full of hair. Got a new towel without any issues. It was a place to stay if youre looking for a 3 or 4 star this isnt it. If youre here to be within walkable distance to pretty much everything (we walked to chinatown 1 hour) then this is a good spot. We walked back from Madison Square Garden...

"Great location and price was good for Christmas in NYC. Rooms were very small and beds were ok comfort wise but mattresses were covered in a hard plastic that made noise every time you moved. And our window had a terrible draft. The kids room we booked next door to ours had no hot water and the staff couldn’t tell us how to fix it. "
