"There were some problems, but the hotel liason person was excellent. Hotel is not near a tube station, but there are 3 stations within 15 minutes walk and you can take a bus if you want. Handy for Heathrow and better than staying in Hounslow or one of the airport hotels with that horrible Hotel Hoppa service. Some nice restuarants and pubs nearby. Would use again. "

"I only stayed for a few hours awaiting a very early flight, so did not require much in way of service. As a disabled person I was delighted to find a chair with adjustable height. Very rare i deed. The size of the hotel was not kind to my knees, but I couldn't blame the hotel for that. It would mean that I would not wish to be a long term guest though."

Only complaint was the room was way too hot and the a/c very poor, Easy walk to T4; within 10mins you can be on the Elizabeth Line. Warning though; we stayed here then transferred to T3 via the train. There is a lot of walking involved.
