"Incredible hotel! Staff were amazing and I would particularly note how amazing the two onsite restaurants are! The only area which could be slightly improved are the buffet breakfasts as the western options weren’t the best in terms of how they were cooked (the eggs for example). This wasn’t enough to move it down from 5 stars however given almost everything else was perfect! I would also mention the cocktails which were amazing!"

"The Taj didn’t disappoint with its service. The staff was accommodating, warm and friendly. Thanks Ashishi, for always smiling and providing the best service for my breakfast! The suite with the view of the Arabian Sea was a highlight for me; especially while enjoying the gorgeous sunset with a cup of coffee. The rooms could be refreshed, but were clean and provided all the needed comforts. Will definitely go back again. "

"Such an excellent, beautiful, clean and service oriented property....I am a regular traveler to different parts of the world but this is by far my best stay in all aspects... Benilium beach is 5 min walk and is very clean....hotel offers free shuttle service also to the beach...meals spread is amazing and the kind of service they focus on is commendable...highly recommend...."

"I can’t imagine a more perfect stay. We showed up in the early evening and were greeted by Arpit who showed us what professional courtesy and perfect hospitality are all about. Rather than checking in at the desk where the evening crowds (and noise) were starting to gather, he personally escorted us up to our room and we did the check-in process there. From that point on, he checked in on us at various locations around the hotel throughout our stay to ensure that things were going well. They...
