"This was a solo 4 night stay whilst touring. For the price, I didn't expect too much and as it turned out it was a satisfactory standard of accommodation for what I paid. Bed was nice and comfortable, good ceiling fan but no AC. Overall the room was generally clean, however if you opened a drawer, it had definately not been cleaned for a while. "My booking showed breakfast included, hotel guy declined saying they don't have a kitchen. We reached early and for less than 3hrs charged me 500 which I paid Expedia 800 for a day. 10.45am he came knocking on the door since 11am was checkout. After requesting him that I had come for a race event and woked up at 4am, just an hour late for checkout, again he was telling 500/-. Rooms, bathrooms, cupboards were dirty and flighty, they don't change bedsheets and pillow case. I got it changed in...

"Really unprofessional front office. Cleared bill in morning and asked to keep invoice ready by evening. As expected it was not ready. Made a lot of issue in accepting to give invoice with my GST number. Justification is its online booking. But payment is direct. First time i faced this issue. Also to mention intercom was not working and i had to call to hotels land line from mobile for any service."
