"I was very surprised upon arrival how kept the place was. The room had all the heat needed. The most shocking was how hot the water was. I paid for most expensive hotels, and the water was hot like this place. It was pleasant to meet the manager, who went out his way, to make sure i could get a early check-in, during the upcoming snow storm. Thanks for the stay. "

"The casino was nice. My digital key worked on and off, so i had to go to the desk to get a physical key. I kept the physical key away from my phone and that stopped working. I added late check out when I checked in and my card was charged. Just after the regular check out time housekeeping was at the door saying I didnt have a late check out. Went to the front desk where I was told I needed to call guest services from my room. Guest services did see that I had a late check out and apologized....

"What is not to love about being welcomed into Richard and Ruth’s home. They are wonderful hosts and spent hours talking to us both during our stay. The house is an amazing building and learning about its history was wonderful. We walked into the tiny town and got some dinner, lovely options available.
