"The rooms are clean but the baseboards need to be replaced. Otherwise this is my favorite hotel in the city. You can not hear noises from the hallways or the other rooms."

"Excellent overall. Courteous, and efficient staff. One thing that I did not like however was that they did not permit late checkouts. I was traveling for a conference in Saskatoon, and having a late checkout would have helped immensely."
