"Nice family friendly hotel in a good location and secure parking for a very small fee. Close to motorway, 15 minutes from Breda city centre, local attractions and nature (Biesbosch). Lots of local shops, pubs and food places on the doorstep. Friendly service, good breakfast and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Family room we booked was huge with a seating area and lots of space but a little dark. We will definitely book again for our regular trips to this part of the Netherlands. "

It started when we were asked if we'd pre-ordered breakfast, we asked for something simple, rolls and coffee. we were shown to our rooms, old towels littered the floor. The rooms were small, had an unpleasant stale odour and were not ensuite. I had a hand bowl but no soap. after returning from a meal at 11pm I couldn't get to sleep as there was a bridge evening downstairs and the noise combined with an over zealous use of a microphone was unbearable.
