"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. "Had a wonderful time at Stamford Bridge Hotel. booked to see a Chelsea game but it was conveniently located for other London sightseeing. Close to tube station. Staff was super helpful when we had to extend our stay due to weather back home. Food was great and lots of options at the hotel and also nearby neighborhood. "

"This property is gorgeous and the room and bathroom were updated and clean. David at the front desk was very professional and hospitable and helped with my baggage. The bar area was fun and they made great drinks. This is located right by the metro so made it easy to get around town. I’ll definitely be back! "
