"It is an older motel with the convenience of larger rooms and being able to park at room front door. The room was very clean and beds comfortable but furnishings very basic and room remodeling very old and dated. Breakfast bar was sub-par - walk down the street to local coffee shop French Press. It depends on what you are expecting - if hiking the AT and sleeping in a tent then this is fabulous. If more used to the new Holiday Inn by I-64 then this is very basic shelter. "This was such a beautiful and clean hotel. My two year old had a blast in the pool. Super clean and the beds were so comfy. Room was clean and ALL the staff was so sweet. Rosa who was cleaning the rooms was absolutely sweet and helpful and so kind. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The breakfast was amazing as well. Highly recommend!"
