"Location, location! Just a couple of blocks’ walk to the Air and Space Museum, this property is a great value and seems popular with families. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the rooms don’t have microwaves, there are some available in the market area in the lobby. There is a Starbucks in the building, and a McDonalds and by-the-slice (or pie) pizza place on the same block for quick meal options (the downstairs bar/grill doesn’t offer much unless you just need an adult beverage). Short walk to Metro, or there are always taxis waiting outside the hotel if you’re going further afield. Note there are trains nearby; they didn’t wake me at night, though (we were on the top floor). Mattresses a little too firm for my taste. Not the most updated place, but it was clean and more than adequate for the price and we had a comfortable stay. Would visit again."

"Everyone was just happy and kind and helpful! Also walking back today we saw a group of 3 people that looked very familiar they worked at the hotel and they were feeding the homeless. I will never forget a company that does this outreach without any PR. I will recommend you to anyone we know! Whoever is managing this facility is doing an awesome job and has great staff and service! "
