There was a lot of information in the room about the hotel's history and surrounding areas. There wasn't a huge menu to choose from but a good variety within it so we could easily find something to eat. What made that immaterial was the quality of the food and the brilliant cooking of it. The town was very busy but none of the noise could be heard in the hotel. This a great hotel and deserves all the praise."
