"My wife and I thought that the hotel was fjrst class. We did not know what to expect but we were not disappointed. The hotel was very clean - both the public areas and our room. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant but we had breakfast. The Chef prepared omelette was delicious and the choice was extensive. Overall a great stay and we will certainly return."

"The hotel is ideally located for the Festival Hall, the Barclaycard Arena and the Birmingham Rep. Also, just a short walk to the Hippodrome. The property is clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The customer service at the hotel is excellent with friendly helpful staff. Have stayed there before and will do so again."
