"We were given the Muscat room 18 in the annex upstairs. Luckily for us the weather was dry ish as the steps would have been quite slippy as the antislip treads had worn away. That needs attention soon. The light at the top of the stairs was out so at night it was dark. That needs attention. The room itself was a bit tired but ok. The bed mattress could do with replacing as it was soft and squeaky. Good points All the staff we encountered were excellent The food we had, dinner first night...

"A lovely guesthouse in a quiet road in Harmondsworth. We stayed in the family room which is a lovely size. The beds were amazingly comfortable and despite being close to Heathrow it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was brilliant also. We loved the stay and would definitely return."

"We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk. "
