"Service was very fast and friendly. Our 15mo-old was playing in the lobby, while waiting to group up, and a front desk staff gave her a unicorn and chatted with us about his family since he has kids himself. Our cleaning lady was very thorough and tentative with our needs and requests. Hotel is old but they do a good job keeping it neat and clean. Location was good for our purpose. Will definitely come back!"

"Always excellent this is our fifth year of coming to The Fleming in the run-up to Christmas and it never disappoints. Far and away the best boutique hotel in Hong Kong the design touches and elegance of the hotel as a whole are most welcome at the end of a tough year and the whole place feels more Christmassy than almost anywhere else in the 852."

"Never stayed here before, usually I am in Mongkok. But I am glad I stayed here. The staff are great, friendly, professional and approachable. There are tons of food options in the area. And its a stones throw away from the MTR. The hotel has a gym and its great for my purposes. Free weights and running machines. If night life is what you want, you have that too, being its on Lockhart Road. Plenty of bars and restaurants . If you prefer McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, they are close too. The hotel is...

"Never stayed here before, usually I am in Mongkok. But I am glad I stayed here. The staff are great, friendly, professional and approachable. There are tons of food options in the area. And its a stones throw away from the MTR. The hotel has a gym and its great for my purposes. Free weights and running machines. The hotel is close to plenty of shops, markets and malls. I liked the location, I liked the room, the power shower etc. All good. "
