"Loved the property which was very spacious. The beds are so comfortable! The only negatives is that we had to find somebody in the lobby to help us check in which felt a bit awkward. Also the flooring is very creaky and you can hear everybodys footsteps lol "

"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

"Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away...

"Easy to check in. Room was nice. large TV. one thing i could not get the BBC Red button to work just to check the news. but not major Problem, I found BBC 6 Music on the TV which was good. Breakfast was good food was warm thick bread for toast was good, two toasters and two coffee machines. good choice at breakfast. "Really enjoyed our stay. The ambiance of the bar and the restaurant were fantastic. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "

Massive thank you to the check in assistant, she picked up on the Welsh accent straight away and remembered me from a previous visit when I remembered she was from Bridgend - made me feel so welcome so please make sure she’s recognised well, she deserves it "
