"방 2개를 예약했지만 예약이 제대로 되어있지 않았으며 호텔측에서 익스피디아에 알리지 못했다고 영문도 모른상태에서 방이 없다고 하여 성수기에 어떻게 할수 없어 디럭스룸 한개로 옮겼고 가격은 그대로 다받으면서 에어컨도 없다고 하니 선풍기로 가져다 주고 정말 최악이었네요. 이불은 한여름 찜통에 털이불이 있고 정말 놀랬어요 . 위치도 중심부와 멀고 정말 최악이었네요. 결국 환불요청하고 시내에 비워있는 아파트로 울며겨자먹기식으로 부랴부랴 옮겼네요. 외국에서 정말 당황해서 익스피디아측에 연락했지만 의사소통도 잘안되고 답답한 상황이었네요. 정확한 후기를 올려서 다른 분들이 피해를 입지않았으면 하는 마음에 글을 올리네요"
