"Very welcome receptionist! Good location, not far from centre. Very clean, great for budget. The hotel located 10 min walk to the bus station. "

"It was a bit hard to find. We used the directions included by the hotel, but their signage is so small that we drove around the block 3 times, then only found a small sign and revolving door, but still unsure where to park, unload etc. Eventually we figured it out, and the place is winderful. The staff very freindly and helpful. Now that we know where to park etc, it is excellent !"

"Automated check in was terrible - the system was very confusing and required many manual entries outdoors in the rain. The room was clean and very comfortable."

"We stayed at the property based on the reviews which did not live up to the rating. The walls and the pillows were both paper thin and when the cleaner started vacuuming in the halls at 8am that ended our sleep. The area did not seem overly safe and we were glad the parking was secure."

"The location is very convenient, and we appreciate having covered parking available, with lift directly to room floors. We also appreciate the pet-friendliness. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a convenient mini-kitchen. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh choices. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant for dinner, but the nearby shopping mall had several choices for dining, even on a Sunday night. We would definitely stay here again."
