"What a pleasant surprise for us! This Hotel was perfect, offered half board which included breakfast & dinner, food was exceptional! The staff so friendly we felt like part of their family. Easy bus location to get to all the major ski areas and downtown Zermatt was an easy walk. Our room was perfect for 3 people we would book this again!"

"Location, location, location! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Seriously it’s just right in front of the train station. You can wear your ski boots with your ski gears walk out from the hotel’s ski room directly to catch the train in 2 mins. It’s just like a ski-in/ski-out hotel to Zermatt. The free breakfast was good while dinner lack of choices. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel if you want to ski in Zermatt, but don’t want to stay in Zermatt town (No car allowed)."
