Although it was free, it was a parking garage and it was very narrow. And if they have a big event going on parking was hard to come by. I drove around the garage for 45 mins trying to find a place to park "

However, they neglect to advertise that parking is not free, the hotel is under rather noisy construction, and they only have one operational elevator. Also, the breakfast buffet is a definitely a pass, I have had better free breakfast at pretty much every hotel I have have ever stayed in. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were in town for a dance competition at the Va Beach Convention Center which wasn't far from the hotel. We needed more towels for the room. Nicole the housekeeper was efficient and got us our towels and got ice as it was in another floor. Top Tier Service. We will stay again if every in town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "
