"My stay in this hotel was very good! All the staff were very friendly and willing to help me out! I met two amazing ladies Miriam and Cintia! These ladies helped me out in everything! They went above and beyond on giving me recommendations and making sure that I felt good at the hotel and everything I needed was taken care of! These ladies were the cherries on top of the cake! One amazing surprise was that a gentleman named Giovany was also very helpful to me, but to my surprise in Spanish! He was fluent! Since I don’t speak Portuguese, Spanish is my main language. He helped me communicating in the hotel, translating and interacting with the rest of the staff. If you are planning to visit BH, this is the place to be. One thing they didn’t know is that I am a Hilton honor member! Once I get back to USA I will write a very nice review for the 3 of them! Obrigado Gente! "

"I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future."

"Great location but they don’t carry change . They are so used to credit or debit transactions that they don’t expect client to have cash . Overall my experience was good ! Walk distance to the places I wanted to go."

"Bel hotel bien situé au centre-ville. Toutefois, si vous avez le sommeil léger, prévoyez les bouchons car la ville est bruyante àcet endroit. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine sur le toit et le buffet au dejeuner. "
