"The hotel was ok. Rooms and lobby very dark. Food was tasty and hygienic but staff too less. They were overwhelmed by the guest and felt like not used to or interested to serve multiple options of food. V limited menu If nothing available can go, mainly of parents who have come for VIT induction of their kids"

We had done an advance booking for 2 nights 3days via Hotels.com On the day of checkin when we called stating that we will be checking in, we were told by the Hotel Golden Fort that there is NO BOOKING in our name , whereas we were sent a mail by Hotels.com stating that our booking was confirmed! "The bed sheets and pillow cases were not clean The bathroom shower area was dirty Breakfast could have been better with more continental choices. I had asked for a special impetus but they said they won’t be making eggs as they had scrambled eggs - which was very cold!"
