"Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow."

"Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. "This property is a true gem. From the second you walk in, you are delighted by the beautiful decor and the lovely family that own and manage the hotel. Every detail is perfection. "Reasonable pricing. Restaurant was closed but pizzeria was open. Old building and the sound travels from the halls and occupants nearest to you. Views are beautiful though so that made up for the noise. We did a big drive so still slept well. Staff are lovely and helpful "

"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. "Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four.
