"Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow."

"Each member of the staff was fantastic. Location was perfect. We stayed 1 night in huge apartment with sauna, it was really spacious, the second night we stayed in regular room it was very tiny but at the same time very comfortable. The only thing what I would change in the room is tv, They have really small one, even in a small room it will be great if they will find a way to put a big tv. I will recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. "Very convenient for the ski slopes. Ski bus stops outside. Hotel is modern and has everything that a skier would want. A hearty breakfast with a great selection each morning, including freshly made eggs. Snacks available throughout the day. Friendly and helpful staff. "Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly.
