"URGENT: do not stay unless you want you room to be broken into and all you money/ items stolen by the owners kids and family. On my last night after an amazing trip in Samoa I took a shower in this time the owner's son and nephew broke into my room stealing over $700 tala and items. This was denied by the whole family and water works put on knowing I had to leave in a few hours to the airport to fly back to Australia. "Quite a few things didnt go right. I had asked for a taxi to be arranged upon my arrival and i was completely ghosted by the staff before arrival. Had to book my own taxi late at night after arrival with a cranky child and zero communication from the hotel. Bathroom being outside is very weird. Not my cup of tea and had i known the bathroom was outdoors, i would have reconsidered my stay. Lastly, there is no wifi in your room and the one in the lobby doesnt work. "Almost tripped stepping out of the building with a one inch lip. Not clearly visible. Parking left something to be desired. Visitors take up the parking spaces and left the guests with out parking. On our way out the cleaning crew were just camping outside my room and no one offered to carry anything to my car that was parked further away from my room. Otherwise, good food options and more should be done with vegetarian and vegan food options. You don’t have good options "

"Laundry costs $50 tala per load and you can't do it yourself so you have to accept that you will lose items of clothing and gain random other people's washing. The location is great. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The price was fairly reasonable. There is a bit of mould in the bathrooms. The fire alarm went off twice during our week long stay for false alarms. The food and drink is all good."
