"The bed was super soft and comfy, the shower was amazing, huge and just the perfect pressure and temperature. It was lovely having a separate toilet. The room overlooked the lounge and bar area but wasn’t noisy (level2), but there was no natural light. Having to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to check in was not ideal, it wasn’t obvious if there was a different entrance to use to avoid this. "

"Me and my husband went to Madrid for a weekend from the US and decided to stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, beds are comfortable and most importantly I felt safe. There’s a sports bar with rooftop and we stayed in the 6th floor and heard no noises in our room. The hotel is located in the center of La Gran Via which is very convenient. There’s stores, restaurants everywhere around this area. I would recommend this hotel 10/10! "
