"The staff are fantastic and care about their guests’ experiences. I am recovering from knee surgery and needed a shower chair, which the hotel was able to provide for me. It was already set up in our room when we arrived. I appreciated this very much! The hotel is very clean and well kept. The spa is wonderful and so are the restaurants and bar attached to the hotel. Convenient for lots of shopping as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Excellent hotel with amazing service! The pub in the lobby served great food and drinks, and the rooms were very comfortable, especially that king bed. If I were to come back up, I would have this place in mind for sure."

"Enjoyed a quiet weekend in the frozen landscape of Niagara Falls, staff was attentive to needs(extra blankets), awesome views from the observation floor, all during a winter storm. Quick to trip to Casino and even found a winery (A Gust of Sun) still open;)"
