"Visited Hawaii for the first time over the 2024 Christmas holidays. Both my fiancée and I loved this hotel. It was very clean and the new tower was nicely updated. The room was super spacious and still cozy at the same time. The bed was comfortable. The property was not oceanfront but we still had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. "I truly enjoy my stay. The free activities and transportation to these activities were great! The free chocolate pancakes and coffee were yummy!! The receptionist were friendly. My room was average however comfortable. Rooming with other people can be difficult if someone wants the room cold while others are always cold and want it warm. My room had a very loud fan. It did not bother me much, however other people were sensitive about it. I truly feel I have make life long friends."

Only downside was TV in main room was iffy about signal about 1/3 of the time. Very small and crowded pool area. People saving 4 spots for 2 people to move in and out of sun. Pool too deep for wading as was 5-6 feet deep throughout. Overall was a very nice property and well kept up."
