"The ultimate reason for returning would be the overall experience. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. There was easy access to exclusive pool facilities and the bar, and the coffee at the cafe adjacent on the premises was excellent. The fitness center was easy to get to and, while the space provided most weight-lifting, yoga, and other exercising spaces, the rooms was pretty cozy. It was fairly easy to see where improvements could be made, but this was limited to the hallway and other spaces you could more or less disregard. We enjoyed our room, and with our short stay, we weren't concerned too much by those minor fallbacks (a safe that needed a battery replacement that fell to the wayside when we asked for it to be serviced). The location was perfect, and a short walk to morning acai bowls or eclectic dinners made the Maui Coast Hotel worth returning to. "

"Great place for families. Very convenient location right near Momona Coffee for breakfasts and Whole Foods for groceries. Cute cats hanging around the property. Everyone is really nice"

"Everything you needed is there on the property. The only thing I wish they had was a shuttle bus. Unless you have transportation, you have to take a taxi. Other than that the concierge the staff were great. I did miss having Poi at the luau. "

"The oceanside views are breathtaking and worth the upgrade. The whole property smells so good, like the entire place is a spa. The rooms are spacious and nice, the on-site restaurants were all fantastic. The pool is great with a separated area for kids and adults, servers for cocktails, and reef-safe sunscreen and lotion provided. The walkability to Whaler's Village was also super convenient and we saw monk seals on Ka'anapali beach one morning!"

"This could be a lean to and I’d still say it’s the greatest. This is BLACKROCK! It’s sacred and it’s awesome! Property is huge and has all manors of lodging. They have classic Hawaiian dishes and performances. Best part, it’s on Kaanapali beach. With waves as high 15feet sometimes coming in. Sometimes, it’s only a foot. Whichever, doesn’t matter, because it’s one of the greatest beaches in the world. Shopping within walking distance. Food within walking distance. Whales within walking distance. Cmon. That’s funny. Always great staff. Always fast check in. Always accommodating. "
