"I stayed at this hotel because it was very close to the convention center. Both front desk clerks were very nice and hospitable. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again."

"I had a horrible experience this trip. There was no television service throughout the whole hotel. No one had service. The plumbing was slow. There was stuff backed up in the sink. The toilet flushed slowly. The shower drain was slow. Residue left from person showering before. Had to personally wipe out what was left from prior family member to not get left over body wash or sudsy water on feet."
