"My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. I called ahead to request a high floor with a view and they really came through with one for me. We were overlooking the Tower Bridge and had a nice bottle of brut with some macaroons to enjoy, along with a nice note asking us to feel at home. My only gripe would be the elevator in the morning. Sometimes it would take 15 minutes to get to the lobby. Other than that, great location and warm, welcoming staff. "

"Very impressed. Excellent VFM for central London. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located for the tube. And lovely bit of lounge music to round off the evening. My only gripe was the bed was too soft!"

"The room was lovely and very spacious, ideally located hotel if looking to explore the main city and very close to the train station which is perfect when travelling with cases. The swimming pool and sauna were a very relaxing treat in the morning. "

"Excellent from check in to our exit. Very efficient on the desk and a warm welcome as we entered the building (which is huge, biggest ive stayed in). Twin bed room looked new! New bathroom, carpets, beds. Great shower that stayed at a constant heat. Good size room. Stayed for two nights. Take earplugs, the location is amazing but its noisy in the center of London. Didn't try the breakfast but it is available. We will definitely be back "
