"They messed up our deposit and check in and charged us over 600$! Thankfully we had money to spare and they were able to fix it and we didn’t mind much but I can see how it would be troublesome to some people. Also parking is hard but that’s more on me since it was my first time in San Fran. Area is a lil rough especially at night."

"The rooms were clean and relatively spacious. I stayed in a four bed, woman only dorm and the bathroom space was shared amongst us. It was pretty clean. The bunks could be improved with some privacy shades. The kitchen space is quiet small so you are competing for space at peak use times. The general area is pretty unsafe though, I was taking public transport at the start until some person tried to mug me in broad daylight on a busy street. I had to get rideshare from that point. "
