"Beautiful hotel located in a green garden with palms and leafy trees. Very quiet place, rooms are far from the road. "Had to wait over an hour past posted check in time. Was told some story about the AC, but, seems it was housekeeping as the floors were wet when we finally checked in. Room was run down..biggest issue was that neither of the two showers drained properly. In fact, sewage came up and created an offensive odor. "This hotel was difficult to find and the owners did not answer calls for directions. Upon arrival there was much confusion about my booking and my request to upgrade to an air conditioned room took about 45minutes of phone calls. When I did get to the room there was a live rat in the toilet. No apologies for this or follow up. Would not recommebd"

Rooms were full with mosquitos,bed linen and pillow case covers was not changed when we arrived and they changed them after we checked in to the room and they sprayed bugs spray all over and it was difficult to breathe.
