"The hotel is located, as the name suggests, in the center of the city, across from the town hall, which is separated by a beautiful park, with clean air and tastefully decorated. The rooms are quite spacious, quiet, but the furniture is old and damaged in places; for example. the veneer of the table was detached, the door to the bathroom was broken, as was the toilet seat - cracked, the carpet stained in many places, some brown stains (blood/wine?); dirty, wrinkled curtains. "The hotel is modern, very clean, has big rooms and easy access to everything. The spa facilities are generous and very well kept. The staff is very very helpful,very nice and speaks many languages fluently. The restaurant and bar has top quality food and exceptional service. "

Great Family Stay

"We stayed 4 night, couple+3 (ages 6,10,15). The hotel is very clean and everything is in good condition. Our family room had 1 bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd room with 3 beds (one of them a bunk bed). There was a lot of storage space and the rooms are spacious. The room had only one bathroom and shower, and it’s designed in a manner that does not allow someone to use the bathroom while someone else is showering. It was a bit restricting when staying 5 people. There are a lot of activities for younger kids. Not so much to do for adolescents. Would recommend staying with kids up to 12-13. Not very suitable for 15. The food at breakfast and dinner is very suitable for children. However, for adults that are not interested in eating food as if from the ‘kids menu’-not so much. In overall we had a good time, we came so that the kids would have a good time and they did :) "
