"Everything was perfect at the property except the noise after hours (after 11 pm). Wedding guests were allowed to make noise to a degree where we couldn't fall asleep until 4 am. This is completely unacceptable and unfair to other guests at property. The walls are thin and we could also hear guests talking loud at midnight 4 rooms away from us. We had to let them know to keep the noise low. Didn't expect this paying top $ for the stay. I would have definitely given a 5 star rating otherwise."

"V had a good stay in Ramada Encore. This hotel is on outer periphery of d city about 5~7 kms frm d popular lakes n old city. Staff is friendly. V hd continental dinnr just once in d hotel. It ws tasty and spicy on d highr side. Complimentary brkfast is ok n like anyothr hotel of same size."
