There were cars in the parking lot with flat tires almost like they hadn’t been moved in years. Sketchy people in the premises. The grass wasn’t even mower, pictures look nothing like the real thing

The first room toilet didn’t work and moved to new room the air didn’t work and no coffee pots and poor continental breakfast but rooms were clean and staff was nice

Worse hotel ever.
When I get there they tell me I have to pay an extra $5.60 for the extra adult we had but when I booked the hotel from hell I put down 3 adults and 2 children. It never said on there that they charge extra and then they told me every hotel does that and I told him no they don't cause I have stayed at other hotels with having that many adults and children and never got charged that. I have had it where it was 4 adults and 1 child and never got charged that. There beds was hard as a rock and their bathroom was really dirty and gross. I will never go back there at all and I will tell all my friends the same. And their breakfast was a joke. They had frozen muffins and frozen honey buns and yes I said frozen. This hotel was really bad. It was the worst hotel ever.

This was awful. We were helping relatives move and this was a stop along the way. Got there at 8:30. Lobby was locked. Rang the bell for the window - after 3 times, someone came. I told her I was checking in. She began to cross-examine me - when had I made the reservation, what company did I make the reservation with, finally asked for my confirmation number and then the address of the hotel with which I had made the reservation (the address I was at). She was on the phone with someone telling her what to ask. Finally got keys for both rooms. One room had no ice bucket - had to go back and ring the bell 3 more times before I was able to ask and was given an ice bucket. One room had no microwave. Neither room had a coffee maker. I was told we could get coffee in the lobby at 6:00 AM. The toilet in the other room had not been flushed and backed up and the air conditioning did not work. In our room, there was a nearly constant hum like a motor running. The room was dirty and in disrepair. The lock on the door was nearly falling off. I have stayed at this brand of motel before and never had a problem. This was horrible.

problems with checking in , then man waiting on us said he could not put us down stairs , but later found a room that was down stairs..... the room was ok!!!! part of the plugs did not work in the room ..... not enough soap, etc for 2 people .. they did not have any glasses although they did have an ice bucket in the room...... have stayed at this motel chain before and had no such problems.... had brother registered there and the man could not even find his name ....... in all it was very poor service.... he had no information on my reservation thru hotels.com but had then showing up with expedia.com at a much lower price than I had paid with hotels.com.
